“This review is mainly for a specific provider- Deb Nelson is truly wonderful. I have a rare, difficult condition and she is very knowledgeable about it. She's got the best bedside manner and I greatly appreciate her efforts to help me. The folks at the front desk are great too, but I did have an issue when I was laid off and my insurance changed (wrong insurance was submitted to incorrectly) and it took quite a bit of time and effort to resolve. Other than that, no issues.”

“They do not prescribe opioids at all even to help patients taper off them safely. They told me there was nothing they could do for my fibromyalgia and that I had to "sleep through the night, exercise 4x a week, and eat healthy" and that's all I could do, and I should learn how to cope with having chronic pain forever. They said the most they could do was try an epidural for my back pain (when done correctly this has helped me). They do not have lateral and vertical cameras for their procedures making it harder for them to make sure they are injecting at the correct site for the epidurals. I left the office crying due to how dismissive and unhelpful they were. All I wanted was for someone to listen and understand what I've been going through for years and instead I was told I just had to deal with it. I even asked if they knew any offices that could help me and they shrugged. They were happy to take my money and then turn me away.”
