What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“This place do not recommend , they have clearly gone down hill. They can no longer keep anyone who is coherent enough and knowledgeable in answering basic questions. Front desk is too busy on the phone to notice you , Once you get to the back by the techs/nurse be ready to be judged and get answers that they don't know or unsure . The doctor is great he knows what he is doing was able to diagnose me and give me a proper treatment plan to avoid surgery and was able to have some injections to help my sciatica pain but his staff is horrible now they don't know anything and are too busy gossiping about others . The only smile and help was Rhonda who has been there for years and Katie who is a great listener , his former PA is no longer there and that was a blow as she knew immediately my needs and care, these new people are so uninterested in the health care , why bother being there to help those in pain if you do not like what you do. Work some where else where you go for a paycheck . the new nurse she is ok but seems to not know what is going on or what procedure is needed next or anything for my transition of care . Only reason to come back is for Dr. Coleman who can fix your back and not have you get surgery he is a life saver 35 years in pain he fixed with needles and didn't shove me off like some other docs with pills and no solution. otherwise find care elsewhere”

“This is the worst experience I have ever had and I will not be back. If I could give them 0 I truly would. The lack of customer service, the lack of treatment and the lack of making sure patients don't get the run around is absurd. I recommended people but kindly took the recommendation back. For a person that works in healthcare, this was truly unacceptable.”

“I will not return because I honestly feel that I was treated unfairly. When a person is really feeling bad and sick, they shouldn't be wrongly judged.”

“About 2 years ago, I started going there. At first, I left a positive review, but I changed it, and I want to explain why. The doctor when I saw him doing my intake visit really showed concern, after my first visit I was transferred to another staff member. All of the receptionists were always polite and professional. The problem that I had was with one of the staff members in the back. I was prescribed a pain medication that due to the harsh side effects I didn't want to take. The side effect that really concerned me was the possible loss of teeth, even if no dental issues were already present. Me and that staff member got into a disagreement about me not wanting to take it more than once, which should have been my choice. She was very disrespectful, and I refused to be treated that way. The next thing I knew, she accused me of having a dirty drug test, which, when I asked to see my results, I wasn't allowed to. Yet, on my last day there, she discussed my medical record in front of me with a staff member who was at the front desk as if I wasn't there. I feel that I was treated unfairly, and I do know that sometimes the test results can be wrong, having a false reading. They should know that as well. They actually refused to keep me as a patient due to this.”
