UPDATE: There is no way to speak to someone about this on the phone and they did NOT respond to my email. More scam! I see that I am not the only person who had the same problem with this place. I saw Dr. Mary Babcock during 2015 and 2016. She, too, prescribed a procedure that was not covered by insurance. Furthermore, she said that it would provide relief (it did not!). I communicated multiple times with the office: I still have my notes, and neither Dr. Babcock nor National Spine and Pain Centers ever responded. It is time to share my own story with others and get this file off my desk. Dr. Babcock stated that she was going to inject something in my back and it would provide me relief. It not only did not provide relief, but I have recently learned what she injected: It is prolotherapy--a pharmaceutical for osteoporosis. I had no diagnosis for osteoporosis nor would I consider such medication, knowing what it is. Furthermore, osteoporosis, in itself, does not cause pain. This is malpractice, at the very least. I would recommend that you stay away from this place if you need relief from pain.

I have an upper cervical problem that went undiagnosed for 6 months until I saw Dr. Gordon. He did a great upper cervical medial branch block injection with no complications. I can't lay face down and he was very understanding and flexible that I needed to lay on my side for the procedure. I felt he was the first doctor to pay enough attention to realize how severe my issue is. He recommended me to 2 other doctors that specialize in treating my condition. So far they both have been great. My only complaint is the staff/call center can be really hard to work with as others have said. I definitely recommend Dr. Gordon though. In response to some other comments on here, my impression of him was that he's just a little quirky, but a very sweet guy and a good doctor.

I've been a patient of Dr. Gordan's off and on for a decade. He has always listened. He listens very well. I can't say this is true for all doctors. I think he should teach a course on bedside manner to medical students. Dr. Gordan goes out of his ways to make uncomfortable procedures more pleasant. I trust Dr. Gordan and anyone on his staff as he had to approve hiring them. He also never pressured me into any procedures or pushed anything on me that wasn't covered by insurance. Frankly, some of these reviews are ridiculous. It's a busy clinic, but there are also pain emergencies. I've been that emergency who had to come in at a moment's notice, and Dr. Gordan made it happen. I don't mind waiting longer because I know they are efficient unless emergencies happen. I'm not sure you'll find that flexibility in all clinics, but you're welcome to try. The office staff has always been caring, kind, compassionate, and efficient. The same is true for the Samantha and the technicians. I wish I could give six stars, and I highly recommend this practice.

I cannot thank Dr. Samantha and Dr.Gordon enough for the exceptional care they provided during my healing process. After a car accident left me two bulging discs, they both stepped in with a perfect combination of expertise and compassion. They gave me three trigger point injections and prescribed medications that made a tremendous difference in my recovery. Throughout the entire process, they were not only professional but also incredibly kind and supportive, which helped ease my anxiety and gave me confidence in my treatment. Their efforts truly made a positive impact on my life, and I'm grateful to have had such dedicated doctors by my side. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality care!
