“They take your urine it stays in a metal box with no supervision and every patient puts their pee there and open to anyone tampering with it. They claimed my urine had cocaine and Xanax in it (didn't do either, although I did have a prescription for Xanax) and discharged me with just 18 oxycodone 5mg for the month, no step down no 2nd chance no option to have another urine done. Just threw me out. Mind you I was on the same dosage and quantity for all the years I went there. I never wanted to increase my dose. I just wanted some pills to ease my pain. I left there that day and had a hair drug test done and it showed oxycodone, and nausea med. they would not even consider that they were wrong not my urine. To be discarded that way with no regard for my pain flat out pisses me off. They just don't care about their patients. Even though weed legal in Virginia, they won't allow you to use it. What a bunch of jerks”

“Dr Holland is quite knowledgeable about CRPS. He didn't agree with the diagnosis I have been led to believe for the last 26 years and explained why. He did not dismiss me or my issues though. He has suggested a different approach for my pain issues yet at the same time he is very honest and explains just because pain is his specialty he doesn't know everything and directed me toward a different physician who is better skilled for what I need. That speaks volumes to me when a physician knows their limits.”

“Dr. Holland's Office was frustrating. I waited an hour before I was even admitted into a cubicle. He was careless, rough, distracted, and impatient and spent less than 10 minutes with me. He did not review my medical history, nor did he listen to my pain issues. He did not want to deal with my complicated health issues which are severe, diverse, and ongoing. He advised against surgery because of the pain medications that I take which are necessary for me to function. He destroyed my hope.”
