When He does the Different types of Injections I have to get several times a year He knows just where to put them to give Me the most relief from pain.. I've only had one other Dr. That Good... I just wish the Government would keep their Nose out of My Health Care when it comes to Medication.. when you have multi levels of Disc out of place you are gonna have to learn to manage your Meds and Be Responsible with them....”

“I am giving the Glen Allen location two stars instead of one just because pf the kindness and friendliness of the front desk and medical assistant that took my information in the exam room. After those initial encounters I was very dissatisfied with the rest of my visit. The PA I saw (a female) spent less than 10 minutes with me as a new patient. She asled a few qiestions and did a few reflex tests. She stated that she had not looked at the MRI imaging that I provided days earlier and that she would look at it later,. She then diagnosed me based on what I told her and immediately prescribed nerve ablation and something later for hips. What medical professional takes the patient's word for what's wrong when imaging is available to review? In my 72 years I have never encountered that situation. I also sent a message to that PA via the portal asking detailed questions about the procedure. About a week later a technician called and left a message to call her. I don't want the technician to answer questions about a potentially risky procedure...I want the doctor to talk to me about that! I will not be returning to this office”

“I told them that my situation and had to leave to new Jersey! I waited since 12 n now it's 430 and the office close but me and the drugstore kept calling back to back for over an hour! The nurses are sweet and kind but I miss Dr Steve I've never had this experience before but how can serve and help your patients when you don't answer the phone???? And it was 2 of us calling back to back! Nice I have to cancel my ride and try another one. This is very frustrating”
