“DR.Patel is a great, kind and listens well to your needs. I had an appointment about 3 weeks ago. Something was going on in the office. The staff had an attitude. The black lady the usually checks you in was salty. The last time I saw her she was so friendly and upbeat. Who ruined her day? I saw the NP after being told I would be seeing the Dr when I confirmed my appointment. Wow!! She didn't introduce herself, never made eye contact. I will never go back there again. Whomever it was that ruined the mood in the office you should have stayed home.It's unfortunate because I really liked Dr. Patel.”

They told me to calm down if I wanted them to help me find alternatives. But I already know how to use Google.”

“After seeing Dr Patel for extreme lower back pain for first 3 appointments I was reassigned to his Nurse Practitioner. She prescribed at least 6 different meds including 4 increasing dosages of fentanyl; none of which helped - this process took 5 months at which time she said there was absolutely nothing left they could do. Surgery wasn't possible. By chance I was advised to see orthopaedic surgeon which I did immediately. Had lumbar fusion done, which doctor said was routine, and 6 weeks later 99% of the pain was gone. He couldn't understand why it wasn't recommended by Dr Patel or NP.”
