Patient Testimonials

Had my first appointment today at 2pm. Message said to arrive 30 minutes early. Mkay, no problem. I leave my house THREE HOURS before my appointment (I live 2 hours from there). Mind you, this was my first time EVER driving to Greenville alone and I hate traffic. I run in to dozens of road construction sites, loads of traffic, and then arrive at my appointment at 1:32p. Receptionist is like "yeah, we have to reschedule, you're late". I explain to her it wasn't my fault about the road work and everything else, only for her to reply "well, you need to leave earlier then"! When I tell you I stormed out of that building and had to sit in my car for a good 20 minutes before leaving, and driving another 2ish hours..NEVER again.

Dr. Weaver is very nasty and unprofessional. I have a permanent thumb injury and possible nerve damage. I refused the injection because I've heard/seen bad reviews about it. He had the nerve to ask why did I come there! He lied and said that they didn't have my X-rays and said they couldn't give me pain medicine, then he just walked out without saying have a good day or nothing! Like how were you going to give me an injection If you didn't have my paperwork from my family doctor!! There's so much more but too much to type! UPDATE!!! I just recently picked up my paperwork because I no longer wants to be a patient anymore and Dr. Weaver noted in my paperwork that "he thinks I'm only there to seek narcotics" all because I refused the injection! That makes me look terrible to others doctors! How can I fake an injury when you have my xray on file! There's always other options like I told him but nothing works! pain medicine is my only option smh. I just don't understand the discrimination. I've never failed a drug test under their contract! I've never been on drugs before !!!! I've been in so much pain. It's bad because doctors do not treat my pain because of what he noted! Wow, if that's what they think of us BLACK PEOPLE then I never want any pain medicine! I'm good!!!!

If you are on any benzos for anxiety or PTSD, etc he will not treat you until you have passed 3 clean urine test over 3 months. he will have you sign a contract that only he can prescribe you meds when he doesn't prescribe meds. this doctor is ONLY INTERESTED IN GIVING SHOTS. I've had 2 or 3 different kinds and they did not work. his answer was bc the other Drs who gave me the shots were not sophisticated in that area. so when I asked what was the success rate of his proposed treatment he didn't have a definitive answer. it was a rabbit hole conversation. I do not recommend going here. it was a waste of time and money. shots are big business and they do not work for everyone. but imo if you have insurance I'm not sure that part matters. *IF EVERY PERSON IS DIFFERENT, HOW CAN THIS DR PRESCRIBE THE SAME TREATMENT FOR EVERYONE? UNLESS IT'S NOT ABOUT THE PERSON BUT ABOUT THE MONEY. IMO.
