“I have been a regular, compliant patient here since 2016. Care has gone from good in the beginning - I followed a PA from Rockville to Germantown. She was wonderful. She has since moved on. About a year ago, they merged all of the patients from Rockville into Germantown. They only had one PA to cover 100% of prescriptions. They couldn't see you every 4 weeks because there were too many patients. They either gave you a hard time and called in a bridge or you had to keep calling day after day and pray you could get in before your medication ran out. I expressed my disappointment earlier this month when I was told again my appointment would be 6 weeks out. They seemingly paid me back by intentionally not getting prior authorization for a medication I notified the office was required a month and a half ago. Bottom line: they left me hanging, medication ran out. I didn't receive it until it was a week past due! I tried to work with the office. They couldn't have been nastier. They refused to take down the information my insurance said was required. They wouldn't even take the number I had. I was discharged from the hospital in extreme pain and they made sure that I would suffer when I couldn't get my medication. Horrible place.”

“I tried to call to alert the provider of the cvs pharmacy's several attempts to reach him to change my prescription without success. I tried several times before getting someone to answer the phone. The lady receptionist who answered the call was exceptionally rude. She didn't even wanted to listen to what I was saying. Some of us have worked in hospitals before and we see such behaviors as very abhorrent. Continuous staff training at this facility is absolutely needed.”
