“This office is for pain management. I came in with extreme pain in my back, neck, shoulder, and down my arm, caused by a bad fall. I could barely sleep and was miserable. I had been to Dr S before, and he helped me, and my husband. This time he came in and spoke to me a few minutes. He told me I could try trigger point injections (TPI), but they might or might not work (which is fair). He told me I could try gabapentin, but that might nor work either. Then he hurried off leaving me with nothing, zero. I felt hopeless and abandoned. The thing is, when I went to the front desk to schedule the TPIs, I couldn't get an appointment until a month out! Here I am in acute pain, probably a 9 or 10 on the pain scale and this is the best they can do for me? Outrageous. I was so inflamed, both physically and emotionally, that I called back a few hours later, and very nicely let them have it. What do you know, I got an appointment for the injections the next morning with his NP. Really? Is this what it takes to be treated fairly and get results? I might never go back, although he might be the only game in town for pain; I don't know. I just don't trust them anymore. BTW, I went to Dr Andrew Reno, chiropractor extraordinaire, and he fixed me right up. I am now pain free.”

“Receptionist was friendly, customer-oriented, and helpful. But the television blaring obnoxious game show in waiting room was obnoxious, and the doctor I saw (Dr. S.) was impatient, dismissive, asked questions but cut me off when I tried to answer, and appeared not to have read any of the information I was asked to provide on their online questionnaire, and appeared not to have read the hard-copy imaging results I brought in. Won't be going back.”
