“I went here today for my appointment and there was a miscommunication. The scheduling service scheduled me for 8:00. I wait 2 weeks text message then says show up at 9. So I do cuz it's weird that my appointment time was different. So I'm met with attitude first thing the woman at the front desk when I states my name says "You know what time it is" I said "I do I apologize" She lays into me about the time and me showing up and states "We can't see you then" I said "okay sure no problem" I tried to explain "the scheduling office had me scheduled for this time at 8" She states "we don't serve that time so idk why that's the case" So I stated again as she continued mockingly "Yes idk who I called but this is a miscommunication" She then tries to get a laugh out of me by stating "I talked to a robot and the robot said 8 ig huh" Mockingly I didn't ask her name I just changed my appointment time left. Tried to contact a manager and no manager. So will state This office may be received well but I was disregarded as soon as I walked in with so much disrespect. That was not a safe environment for me to implement my care or concerns. Waiting 2 weeks and being treated like this is unacceptable. I will be calling the for further inquiries to the manager when they return.”

“My experience at this medical office is 100% the best from the doctors and nurses and all of the office staff. Everyone is very courteous and polite. Patients are always greeted with a smile. It's nice knowing that patients can go to such a place and get excellent care and treatment”

“Def find another pain management practice like I did. But he prepared, if you choose to go elsewhere , the NP will tell lies and say that she discharged you. What a joke, read all the other reviews on here too about Liz , they aren't good and they are all accurate. Thankfully all of my other Dr's truly know me and told me to pay no mind to her. She told me to schedule another appt , even the nurse said that and gave me a referral sheet if I choose ON MY OWN, to go elsewhere. I really missed Dr. Mosuro, so I was already looking to leave there , but I'm not the type to practice jump. Until I was treated like something I'm not , not once did she ever take what I was going through seriously or put any effort into getting me the help I really need for my back. She caught an attitude because I'm NOT one to take pain meds regularly, but with drs like her , if you don't have it in you 24/7 then you must be doing something wrong . Between her "better than everyone" attitude, and the other doctor rolling people through like a conveyor belt when it came time for injections , you are literally just a number here . And to the owner , no need to comment to my review , no I won't email you and I don't care that you can't discuss my issue on here , I don't expect that. I'm just warning anyone else before they go here , to find somewhere else . I did , and they treat me like a human without judgement and they don't hold what your "Dr" made up about me against me. It should be illegal to try to say that I was discharged by her doing , when it was literally my decision and even the nurse was told by her that I could still be seen there . This practice disgusts me . Edited to add - everyone go read the reviews about this place on Yelp as well! This place is also under review for fraud by government departments, including Medicaid . I won't get it , but I want my records updated that I left on my own which is what happened . I missed Dr Mosuro. But Liz can't handle patients firing her , so she claims that it was her that discharged instead. And I'm learning she's been doing this for YEARS. Along with lying about urine results . Anyone looking for a pain management Dr , RUN!! This isn't the one !!”
