Dr. P is fantastic at what she does--she takes the time to explain your pain and walk you through the details of any procedure, which makes the whole process far less intimidating. That said, Salil is by far one of the BEST doctors I have ever had in my life. After more than 15 years of dealing with chronic pain and visiting countless pain management offices, I can confidently say he is exceptional. Salil always takes his time with me; I have never once felt rushed under his care. He goes above and beyond to help me understand the source of my pain and to explain, step-by-step, what we're going to do to address it. He actively listens, and I always leave my appointments feeling truly heard and understood. “Most of the reviews you may read here are true. This is a large company. Because of that, they have their own "policies". I dislike "policies", a lot. Policy #1. You have to see a NP twice, one prelim exam and again after imaging before getting any injections or treatment. #2. You cannot bring in imaging disks prior to your appointment, wasted drive...wasted time and pain from the drive. So I sat and waited 15 minutes for the NP to read the disk, instead of him viewing/preparing ahead of time. From what I have read from the other reviews, they may have shot policies and protocols. The front staff have much to be desired. The NP was very responsive. To be continued.....”
