His staff is excellent, Meredith is amazing every time I see her, along with everyone who greets you. I even had my dad see Dr. H, as a back up for when he is visiting me and should he need to see a doctor due to his chronic pain issues, he too was extremely happy with the care he received and the guidance was in line with his main doctor from where he lives. Dr. H reviewed his entire file, which was key to understanding all the issues and finding a way to help my dad should he need to come in, along with working in conjunction with his primary pain doctor down South. “I have been a patient of Dr H for years now, and I must say that his work, His staff.. They have changed my life. From years of chronic pain to a doctor who listens. I have been to pill pushers and he is not. I have been to doctors trying to pump money out of me and this office does not. He's incredibly ethical. If he can't fix the problem, he will say so. If he can only improve the problem, he will say so. He doesn't always have the answer you want to hear, but his integrity, empathy, and professionalism is unlike any other I've seen. I was injured in the service and I have been all over to doctors all over the country. Dr. H is above and beyond any of the other doctors I have met. Dr. H and his staff took my request to be on as little medication as rarely as possible seriously. He's done exactly what he's meant to: Helped me manage and reduce my pain that others just wanted to throw drugs at. I am not always pain free but my pain is manageable and I don't have to take meds everyday. I do and have recommended him to anyone who needs a doctor to help fix them and not just mask problems. “2 months ago I visited The Spine Care Center to consult with Dr Siddiqui regarding back surgery to remove a cyst on my lower spine. He was fabulous, taking a lot of time to go over my MRI results and to explain the surgery he would perform. I also went to the Center twice prior to surgery to get steroid shots in my spine to relieve me of pain. Dr. Zafar gave me these injections, aided by his very capable staff, and they helped me tremendously while I awaited surgery. All my interactions with the staff at the Center were extremely professional, including the receptionists and schedulers, billing personnel, and medical technicians and doctors.
