But I'm having issues with insurance claim and can't get anyone on phone when I finally did I was told I had to reschedule. People have pain can't wait a month again to be seen. “I started using national spine and pain management about 2 years ago. I loved dr Schneider and his team of nurses. I had an appointment for a lumbar epidural this week and then I got the dreaded phone call that dr Schneider had left the practice but dr wong was going to accept my procedure. With severe anxiety about using a new dr but I did not have a choice because I can barely walk. But then I got a phone call from Shelly Cousins Insurance Coordinator who was beyond rude. She told me that I needed a follow up appointment and I could not have my epidural. I tried explaining to her while I'm in tears that i already had my follow up last month with an approval letter from my insurance company. She told me that I could stop speaking because she already canceled my appointment. Because of her inability to be insensitive and try to resolve this problem, national spine has lost a patient. And I will no longer recommend there services.”
