She listens and has conversations, not just spout instructions, and comes up with plans to get your pain under control and keep you on your feet so you can move forward with treatment from your other providers. She has a sweetness about her that you do not normally see in medical providers and it is such a boost when you are suffering in pain. She always has a smile on her face! She keeps up with new medical news, and has been learning about MCAS and long covid pain, etc. I have had some unexpected problems that needed immediate attention and her and her wonderful staff have found time to fit me in so I was not left suffering, and could attend very important doctors appointments.
