I made an appointment for 10am and no one showed, I waited 45 minutes thinking someone would show. I then called several times that day, no one got back to me. I called the next morning and the woman I spoke to told me she was in the hospital and that they never schedule appointments at 10am. When I asked if I could be wrong she didn't bother to check and just said she had been working there for 10 years and she just knows. Extremely rude and dissapointing. I was really looking forward to my first doctors appointment in some years and this was very discouraging. I shouldve listened to the reviews.”

Office needs renovating because it looks like it belong in Downtown Los Angeles. Service from doctor is great but service from intake nurse and some weird guy working the front desk needs to be replaced.”
