“Dr. Richard Ferro Disturbingly disgustingly unprofessional. I went in to get information from the consultantion and left in more pain and despair from how horrific Ferro was I have a pinched nerve and ankylosing spondylitis causing inflammation that pushes on it more. I crouched in the appointment to relieve back pain and cried from the pain and panic of shots in my spine. I woke up in the middle of a spinal tap when I was a kid with cancer. He said in the appointment " is this productive". I left my phone and went back for it and found him talking shit about me crouching and crying during the appointment. He was telling his assistant what a waste of time I was. I asked him what did you just say, he stood there shocked I asked the assistant what did he just say? Ferro stepped forward and got too close and half yelled I was a waste of time. I told him he was disgusting and left. Do not trust a doctor that acts this way, he didn't become a doctor to help people, he became a doctor for the status. I also see reviews saying they use unsterilized equipment and are giving people hep c which lines up with his character”

“Calling the office they do not answer their phone, they let all calls go to voice mail. When they do call back the message they leave is not an answer to your question, just a message to call them back again. Again leave a message since their protocol is letting all calls go to voice mail. What a waste of time and effort. Having a procedure with sedation I was required not to drive. My pickup ride notified me they were delayed picking me up, so I left walking, not driving, across the parking lot to a restaurant to wait. The office lady chased me down demanding i return, and saying she was going to tell the dr on me. Go ahead, tell the dr i.ll be at the restaurant if he wants to talk to me. The paperwork for the procedure had no restriction for walking. The gal at the front desk could benefit from a personality adjustment, seriously. She is bad for the office, and bad for their business. As for the procedure, an injection for pain, was a joke, no relief whatsoever. Course the office doesn't know that, as they never gave me a follow up call as their paperwork stated they would. Don't waste your time, money, or health going here. Avoid this place like the plague. Read this quick as negative reviews miraculously disappear!”
