Even through this insurance snafu we have been dealing with, as frustrating as it has been for me as a patient and them as a provider. They have been great. “Overall my experience was great. I believe there was some miscommunication between my provider and myself on the distribution of my pain meds. I believe I heard one thing and the pharmacy got totally different directions when they received my script, about the filling of the script. This is the only reason why I gave the visit a 4 star. Otherwise it would have been a 5. Now I need to call my provider and get things straightened out. To me this is taking time out of my work day to do this which I shouldn't have to do.”
