The women at the front desk I feel could be more pleasant when checking you in. I can't remember when I went to a doctors office and felt like the people who were checking you in for your appointment were doing you a favor. Everyone else in the office has always been nice.”

“Worst medical care ever. Heartless, uncaring, rude and inefficient. Three weeks to review a referral two more week for an appointment. They knew there was an MRI but neglected to get the film. Could not treat me until they got the films. Over a week later, nothing. When I called to inquire, was put on a 5 min hold and then the line went dead. Called back and was told there is nothing they can do but put in the request again Thankfully there are many pain clinics in the Seattle area for me to pick from. Avoid this place. To the person on the phone today: Your lack of compassion and grace when dealing with a patient in pain is unacceptable. I hope you never get treated in a medical setting the way you treated me.”
