“I can never get through in the morning. Called yesterday to see if they would closed today as the schools are and I drive about an hour. There is no answer from 7:30am until 8:30am today. Took an hour to get an answer yesterday. Will continue to call there is no answering machine or answering service. First medical office that isnt accessible. Doctors and nurse are good, . The front desk people don't seem to be considered with patients who call. So I need to reschedule my appointment as I'm not going to risk others or my safety by driving in snow and sleet. I'll bet I don't get a response. I have worked in Doctors office and hospital in office role. The staff is the worst I've ever been exposed to. They treate me like I'm bothering them. They all need to be fired or have customer service training. I had a card with appointment time written on it, as wellbas the time in my phone, the calendar at my house and when I arrived after long drive they told me I was an hour late and wouldn't attempt to work me in. The reason was they close period at noon. The patients are irrelevant. They get paid because we come to see Doctor or NP NOT THEM.”

“Dr. Cole is great at what he does but I have to say that his Front Desk Staff are absolutely horrible! They are rude and very inconsiderate of people's issues. How can you work in the Medical Field and not have a compassionate and nice way about you! I had one hang the phone up in my face! What kind of professional does that. She got mad because I told her she was being rude and she was. Hanging up in my face proved it. That front desk staff are not whose supposed to be there. And that response to the reviews apologizing is a Joke that don't care they just think everyone that comes in there is just looking for Drugs! Newsflash people there are real people out here in pain! Please do better! I love Dr Cole he actually cares I would hate to have to leave him because of Front Desk Staff”
