“I've been coming here for a little while now, and I have to say--when it comes to care and understanding, they're truly great. Dr. Cole, the NP, and the entire staff really take the time to listen and help manage pain effectively. They genuinely care and work with you to help get your life back on track. However, the biggest issue I've run into is getting prescriptions filled. Unless you already have an established relationship with a local pharmacy, your chances of getting the medications filled are slim to none. Unfortunately, they don't tell you this up front. I've called nearly every pharmacy within a 50-mile radius, and most told me they aren't accepting new patients or can't fill my prescriptions. Because of that, I've had to resort to using an online pharmacy, which has been a nightmare to deal with. So just a heads-up--if you don't already have a pharmacy lined up, definitely get that sorted out beforehand to avoid a major headache. Again, the care itself is excellent, but the medication access issue is something you should be aware of before starting treatment.”

I have never had a single problem in the 5 years ive been a patient there.I highly recommend this clinic if you suffer from debilitating pain. Dr. Cole and NP Jones are very caring and listen to everything and create a plan that works. They have several different treatments and will work with you to find the best treatment options for your individual problems.The longest wait I've ever had there was 45 minutes. They really work hard to get you in quick and sit down every appointment and ask if the treatments are working. They accept most insurance companies. I really recommend if you are in pain to give them a try.”
