“Dr. Andrea Tatro is the best doctor I have ever been to. She is very thorough and listens to what I have to say as a patient she understands I know my body best. She has helped me find out I had severe arthritis in my hips and shoulders while other doctors wouldn't listen to me and tell me I was too young. After her listening to me and 4 years later I had both hips and shoulders replaced. She helps me with my back and neck to try to avoid surgery and try to keep my pain at a minimum. From Dr Christopher Twombly and his assistant, to the receptionist and the scheduling and office staff I had nothing but efficient, kind and fun experiences. They are real people! 2. Each appointment was easy to schedule, they accommodated my split shift and I was seen on time for each appointment. 3. Dr Twombly is very knowledgeable and practical in his approach and gave me tremendous confidence that we are doing the right thing. 4. The office decor is professional but shows some staff interests - I loved the colorful drawings of skeletons running, a cross section of a spinal cord in bright colors, the sayings about mountain biking and skiing framed ("A good bicycle well applied will cure anything.") and John Muir's saying ("Of all the paths you take in life make sure a few of them are dirt."). 5. There were smiles and laughs with multiple employees every visit. Thank you for all you have done for me!”
