“Had the pleasure of being paired with Jordan. The first time I scheduled with Mountain View they scheduled me at the wrong location and had me drive 30 mins out of my way. The second time I get here and they find it acceptable to cancel same day at 8am and they would charge me a no show no fee I would have as a patient done this to them. Hopefully this office gets it together because canceling an appointment and then when I get there reiterating that you "left a voicemail" doesn't mean in any way that I will be less upset about driving when I could be at home trying not to be in pain.”

“Staff is absolutely Amazing!!! Super friendly, kind, helpful, above and beyond. Paul Castellani, was my Provider, it was so refreshing for a Provider to actively listen and working above and beyond in helping me find the causes of my pain. Explain everything step by step answering all my questions, and I had a lot of questions.The first Provider that took the time to order Imaging that should have been done at least 10 years prior but was never done. I was in excruciating pain going in and asking for Narcotics refills. I was not able to do an appointment every 28 days, so that was no longer an option, but I was in so much pain with limitations in movement. He told me there are other options and if I would be interested. I was ecstatic, I was like yes. I don't want pain meds I want to not be in pain. He went above and beyond with options and trials and procedures and I am happy to say because of him and the entire Team involved in my care I feel like a new person. I still have ways to go to completely heal, but I can tell you the pain meds I take now are for muscle spasms after surgery and I'm pretty much done with that too. No Narcotics no daily Over the Counter meds. When your pain level is between 8-10 out of 10 and you get down to a 5 is out of this world, but believe it or not by the time everything is healed and all procedures completed I have days without any pain maybe discomfort here and there (they couldn't replace all my body parts) but I am beyond grateful to my Team to actually feel discomfort and pain between zero and really bad days maybe 3-4. “My name is Natasha Maestas -Pettiford I've been with doc Kramer for a few mths I would definitely walk to the end of the earth with him by my side, but his MA is very unprofessional I've confronted her twice for not responding to my calls I left several times in the beginning of the week the middle of the week or even at the end of the week come Monday or Tuesday still no returned call I believe these new generations don't like to be told when their wrong if it's due to my care I will say something on my last visit my appointment was at 220pm I wasn't seen til 3pm the MA once again not communicating letting me know my doc was held up and it will be a wait made me feel like I don't matter so yes I had it with his MA so I guess I slammed the door didn't realize I did but I do have mental health issues and no communication sets me off but these new generations feel entitled and feel they don't need to be questioned about their behavior so then I received a call from Natasha the office manager without asking both sides especially me what happened she immediately went to I'm the office manager and I want to talk to u about ur conduct what? Like that will automatically put anybody in a defense mode so yes I told her I wasn't coming BK there and not to ever call me again before hanging up I did call her a name my mental health can't take these new generations coming at me like I'm at complete fault I was a manager at several places and a AGM of a hotel so with that said I never just took the word of my employees because they will say anything to keep their job and I didn't just take the word of a guest or customer there's always two sides to a story I listened first so Natasha again calls me the very next day after I made it clear not to call me again it was like she couldn't wait to call she called me at exactly 8am I hung up then she sends me a email but because I didn't respond 3weeks later 3weeks later I get a letter at my residence it's like this new generation needs to get the last word I sent her a email letting her know I already told u I wasn't coming BK and not to call me but still she did and sent me a letter 3weeks later I'm not a child but these lil girls in this new generation looks down on the older generation at some point these new generations need to know I'm not from ur generation so leave me alone I don't play games, being my doc Kramer knows my mental health and as a office manager should've looked at my file before just being rude like that! It started with the MA then the office manager so somebody needs to discipline their conduct there's away to talk to someone without throwing their title! I surely didn't need that and was never giving the chance to say my side! Thank u!”
