“I had a HUGE an issue with how my claim was filed! I want to acknowledge Brian in the call center (who makes appointments etc). He was extremely polite and expedited my HUGE issue, and my claim is being refilled as I was told. Time will tell! But I did want to acknowledge BRIAN for his work, politeness and professionalism in handling this issue! My claim was filed under the wrong doctor therefore my insurance denied it. It's supposedly is now being filed under the right doctor, and therefore will be covered. Not only did the insurance company inform me that Mountain View pain Center was in net work, also Mountain View Pain Center twice acknowledge they were in my net work(twice!)! “Destiny has been great and so helpful in so many ways! She always brings good energy and makes me laugh when I feel like my life is going crazy In a million directions! Kelsey has also been great with her physical therapy services and helping me with my recovery since my car accident. Kelsey is also so funny and positive and it's very needed! Brina has been great and extremely helpful with referring me to get the proper car I need for my recovery and I'm so thankful for all of the assistance I've received! “Not sure what her name is but stay away from miss baldie. she was anything but helpful. she was rude the moment she walked in the patient room, she made me feel uncomfortable and threw me off with her disrespect. i have dealt with alot with shitty healthcare professionals, i know how my body works and its baffeling to me how someone can have the audacity to demand something from someone who is explicitly telling you that its not beneficial and quite the opposite. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MISS BALDIE. SHE IS THE WORST DOCTOR.”
