“I have a family member who comes to this clinic and was seen by Alicia.We are very unsatisfied with the way she handle results of my family and how she was treated. When calling back to ask more questions, she had told my family member that she was being blunt and she don't know any other way. She could've handled the situation differently. I'm sorry, but if you work in a medical field, you should not be blunt and cold with your patient. Be caring and kind and not dismissive. Work on your social skills or learn some empathy for those who are suffering from health issues!!!! I do not recommend this doctor maybe other there are great but definitely not her!”

“I'm extremely disappointed with the way my family member was treated during their visit to this office with Dr. Alicia Edwards. The experience felt unprofessional from start to finish. Instead of taking the time to listen and understand what my family member was going through, the doctor seemed rushed, dismissive, and unwilling to truly help with the pain they were experiencing. At no point did my family member feel heard or supported. It was incredibly frustrating to watch them try to explain their symptoms only to be talked over or ignored. When someone seeks medical care, they deserve compassion, patience, and basic respect--none of which were shown here. We left the appointment feeling discouraged and without any real guidance or relief. I sincerely hope this office reevaluates how they treat patients, because no one should walk away from a medical visit feeling worse than when they arrived. I would never recommend Alicia Edwards.”

Brand new, clean facility, with everything you could think of for rehab and chiropractic care. 6 weeks ago I couldn't even straighten my back to walk in there and Dr. Kenny has me feeling better than before my injury. He listens to my pain points and tailors my sessions to get real results. Adriana is the best, she sets my appointments each week and texts me reminders. Can't say enough about this place, highly recommended and google maps took me right to the front door .”

“Love the new Greeley location . The provider was the first provider I have seen including the surgeon who actually explained why I am dealing with the pain in my knee that actually made sense for the location and reasoning I am having the pain due to the mussels are not being streathened on all the sides of my knee pulling it to one side so thank you for making it clear of why I am having such severe pain on one side looking foward to going to the new office from now on great location and extremely polite staff thanks again I hate to say I love all of the staff with the exception of one and because of her I am feeling like I might need to change back to the Northglenn office because she was so extremely rude so much she made me break totally down I am in such an awkward situation because I love my doctor and all the other staff I just feel that this one person is so extremely out of line and I really didn't get it addressed with my doctor and it has had me very upset as to what I should do unfortunately”
