Patient Testimonials
“I was referred here by my primary care physician. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis, and will be having a surgery that requires me to be off the NSAIDs I normally take for arthritis pain for 4 months. Was told by a PA that they don't do pre or post-surgery pain management at this place. Explained that my surgeon is taking care of post-surgery pain issues and that I simply need help with a condition I can't take my normal meds for during the 4 month recovery. He then repeated that they don't manage surgical pain and that they only treat chronic conditions. I guess severe rheumatoid arthritis isn't a chronic condition. Then the best part....his advice was to contact my primary care physician for help with this issue. He heard the word 'surgery' and didnt listen to another word I said. Don't waste your time. P.S.- look at the reviews for this place on sites other than Google. Coincidentally, the reviews on other sites aren't nearly as good....”

“Brittany, PA, should remember to get all the pertinent information before casting judgment. Understandably, this clinic does not prescribe to alcohol or drug abusers. The policy is 5 years sober. Okay. Unfortunately, when I was asked about a health condition I have, she jumped immediately to a conclusion that put me in that group, when I don't belong to that group. She therefore quite astoundingly refused pain management for me. Wow. I will say (and did say in office), my condition could be made deadly with the consumption of alcohol, so I quit over a year ago when I found out about it. It certainly would have made sense for her to ask about the genetics, metabolic situation, and other health reasons that Caused my illness instead of just assuming that as I discontinued my small consumption, "I must have been an abuser of alcohol". Such behavior is below most health care professionals.. facts are usually drawn before conclusions. She may need more training in the prevention of abuse of power, judgmental behavior, and worsening stereotypes through discrimination. Three staff may also benefit from this same trading as the words "on the sauce" were clearly heard through my patient room for after she departed the room. Shameful. My regular health care providers, including my primary care and illness specific specialists, agree that although her discriminatory behavior and judgmental attitude would likely change if she were given the facts, seeking services from her or anyone in this office would be harmful to my own mental health. If this is her attitude toward a new patient, she may want to administer PETH testing to all of her current patients. I would hate to see prescriptions being given to current consumers of alcohol or other drugs! (That is not meant sarcastically.)”

“I recently got into a car accident, and when I needed to seek care for my pain and discomfort, I was recommended/referred to Mountain View Pain Center. After scheduling my initial appointment, I knew that I would be taken care of. My Physician Assistant, Kyle Williams, kindly greeted me into the clinic, and took the time to listen to my main concerns of injuries, and then did a thorough exam to determine the severity of my injuries. After the exam, he provided his recommendations and suggestions, which gave me complete confidence to trust in Kyle Williams's opinion. During the consultation, he immediately referred me to an imaging place to get my MRI and X-ray taken. While I was there, he immediately referred me to their Physical Therapy department for a further evaluation. I appreciate everything Kyle Williams, PA-C, has done for me so far. Additionally, I would like to express my appreciation to Megan Kane, the physical therapist at Mountain View Pain Center. When she was doing my evaluation of my injuries, my whole expectation was for her to only focus on the areas where I had pain or discomfort. However, the way she approached the evaluation was that she conducted a thorough examination to ensure I had no other unforeseen injuries. She took the time to help me understand why I have limitations on specific movements and developed a plan for me to work on, so I can expedite the recovery of my physical health. Lastly, the staff here at the Fort Collins location have all been very kind to me and have been very helpful, especially since I had to reschedule my appointments multiple times.”

“Every time I come to Mountain View pain clinic, I am always welcomed with a smile and such positive energy. Since I am a regular, they recognize me and know my name by heart! They treat you like family here. My pain doctor Kyle is such an amazing person! He really really cares about what you are dealing with, and wants to help you as much as he can so you can live a better life. He has made sure that my pain stays under control and that when it's not, we take every route we can to make it better. This place in general is full of such caring and kind people, and I would not want to be anywhere else to be managing my pain! 10 star business!”
