What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I guess everybody has unique experiences, but after reading some of the reviews, I can say mine are definitely different than the one star! Kim Walker has been tenacious at helping me uncover sources of pain. After trying nerve blocks in my low back with limited success, I decided to try my neck and have an amazing experience of an incredible decrease in pain today. I have tried many doctors, groups & therapies (chiro, message, acupuncture, etc) over the years, but nobody has delivered the solutions like this group has and I've been to many of their locations. The staff has always been nice to me, and if I ever have any questions, I don't have trouble reaching somebody .”

“So far I been to couple sessions of chiropractic and acupuncture at highland ranch location. I feel great after my session. Especially shout-out to Eliz (the acupuncture lady), she is very professional and super helpful in reduces my headache and my body pains.”

“Mountain View Pain Center epitomizes everything wrong about health care today. They will call and call you if it means money in their pocket. But if you reach out to them about a question, concern, or clarification, forget it. No response. I estimate that in the couple of years I have been using them, I've had 10-20 calls go unanswered. My two most recent calls (to Hanna around 5-6 weeks ago regarding what she prescribed to me) have yet to be returned (as well as many others from their Park Meadows location). During our last appointment I mentioned that I might use them for physical therapy but I specifically asked her not to have them call me about scheduling anything as I was not sure if I wanted to use them. Lo and behold, the calls started coming in. They have consistently poor service. If it's not going to put money in their pocket, forget it and trying to call them is a nightmare, soI stopped.”

“I strongly urge you to reconsider going to Mountain View Pain Center for any type of care, especially chiropractic care. I was admitted to the hospital after going to Mountain View Pain Center, and now have a potentially chronic condition because of the chiropractic "care" I received from them. I saw one of their chiropractors who did a neck adjustment, and a couple of days later ended up in the hospital with an arterial dissection (a tear in an artery in my neck). The doctors and nurses in the hospital did not doubt that this was the result of the neck adjustment and said they see it all the time. I called Mountain View Pain Center about this incident, and was put in contact with the Highlands Ranch Office Manager, Carson. He put me in touch with Nikki in their incidents department who said my case would go to their head of Chiropractic Care. That was almost six months ago. I call basically every two weeks and have not gotten a single call back or response since then. The "direct numbers" I was given for Carson and Nikki go to voicemail every time, and despite leaving numerous messages, I have not received a call back. To monitor/ manage the condition, I now have to see a neurologist regularly, get CT scans every couple of months, and take three medications daily. In addition to this, although I never received a bill from them, I just got a notice that they sent an outstanding balance to a debt collection service, so now my credit is compromised. The incident itself was bad enough, but as another reviewer said, their customer service is horrendous and has made the situation even worse.”
