“Doesn't do buprenorphine for pain management. Even though I verified when I made the apt weeks ago. ETA. Yes the day of the appointment the facility called 4 items in 2 hours while I was asleep. Presumably to tell me THE DAY OF they couldn't take my meds. When I answered the last call I was told it was an insurance question. So the person calling me relentlessly didn't even know what for. Your staff verified you took my medication the day Inmade the apt. Three weeks prior. Which was false information because you dont take it. Then your staff didn't know why they were calling me 4 times in 2 hours. Your staff is the issue. 1 of 5 star rating stands. I'd give less for only giving half the story in your reply.”
