“Office staff is horrible, they do not do their jobs and then lie about it when questioned. I ended up with an out of pocket bill because they said they had preapproval for an injection when in fact they never contacted the insurance for prior authorization. My insurance denied payment because treatment did not correlate with my symptoms. The doctor barely speaks to you and quickly exits on to the next patient to avoid actually handling patient care.”

“I had pain in my chest. I had been to the ER at Arnot at least 2 times, maybe more, and they ordered every test under the sun with no definitive results. I went to Dr. Mokureddy and he diagnosed the problem within minutes and gave me an injection. The pain was gone within 1-2 days and has not been back since. I was extremely nervous about the injection but the staff there was very compassionate and made me feel comfortable. The injection was not bad at all. They go above and beyond to help the patients.”
