“Absolutely terrible experience!!!! This doctor had a terrible personality! She isn't empathetic, nor does she even crack a smile. Honestly, I think she is miserable. I have several other complaints; She did not see me for more than 5 minutes. She never reviewed my previous diagnosis that had been given by multiple other doctors. At first she completely ignored there even was a problem, then later offered me injections. Her paperwork was completely inconsistent and contradictory from start to finish. After I made a complaint about Dr Asher to the Director of Clinical Operations, Jessica Johnson, things got even more complicated. I requested my neck and back images but they ignored my request. I then followed up with my request through Lehigh Valley Hospital, my insurance, OAA (several Depts), and the medical records release portal. It took asking St Luke's Hospital for help, which they did assist with getting a copy of my records. They also made me an appointment with their Pain Specialist Team. I had also received mail from Dr Asher that I could not be seen by any other doctor within her practice. What doctor hinders someone's care? This was extremely unprofessional. Dr Asher has no regards for her patients whatsoever.”

The procedure itself (injections for back pain in my case) is quick and she talks you through it to make you comfortable. If you have facet arthritis in your back, I recommend her for a consultation to weigh out your options. She recommends trying XYZ beforehand, and if those don't work, the next appointment is the procedure.”
