“If I could give them a zero star I would! I was so lucky to find Dr Candice Burnett at this practice and was so happy to hear she was leaving this practice last MAY! I have been requesting my chart to be sent for 6 months now! They don't answer my phone calls or return them! Dr. Hirandi was my original doctor for 4 years! When I first met him I was so hopeful at this point you can tell he is burnt out. He told me he hates being a doctor anymore because of insurance companies! He spoke to me so disrespectfully that I immediately requested to be transferred to another doctor as he couldn't care less about me as a patient! Now they are holding my chart/imaging hostage. Also in 4 years Dr. Hirandi would keep me waiting a minimum of two hours. Appointment times here don't matter. They have no respect for the patients time. I promise you can find a better Pain management clinic!!!”

“Dr. Zehra Hooda is the kindest, most caring, and brilliant physician I've met. She wants to help and does everything possible to improve quality of life. You can tell she cares deeply about her patients. I live two hours away, and she is worth every time I have to stop to stretch and every traffic jam to get there. Their facilities and staff are excellent, and the name "Modern Pain Management" is the perfect description. Many services offered I was not even aware of. I was scheduled for a fusion surgery in my lower back, but I had them take me off the schedule after my consultation with Dr. Hooda. She has discussed multiple treatment options that I never heard of from local physicians. I had a caudal injection with anesthesia in their Sugar Land location. It was so much easier than having to do it at an outpatient center, get checked in, and not being charged extra facility fees. I actually felt much more at ease and was given better attention at their facility. Dr. Hooda even came in before the procedure and explained what she was going to do, what to expect, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. If you're scared of another surgery, or have pain that affects your quality of life, then I definitely recommend Dr. Hooda and Modern Pain Management.”

“Just leaving this review on general principles. Never actually been there. They called my office mistakenly and said I had missed an appointment and they were applying a no show fee to my account. Firstly, how can you be so disorganized that you call the wrong number and then not even make note that the name on the voicemail doesn't match the name of the patient being called? Super unprofessional. Secondly, no show fee? Really? Who actually does that to their patients? Anyways, this seems like a sketchy place to be avoided.”

“Had lumbar injection yesterday and today I am feeling much better. Surprised I was not given any information on what to do, or not to do. A bit of a problem communicating with the office, but I'm happy with Dr. Harandi.”
