“After 2 different appointments, while in severe pain.... so much so that I could barely make it to them, even with great struggle & assistance... I just received a call back,,, after a full week waiting for the 2nd NP to "confer" with the only Doctor in this practice... They had one of their assistants to call me back to say that I was not a CANDIDATE for pain medication at this time. I said to her that I'd had 2 appts at their different locations and have been waiting almost a month. She said she was sorry. I said that it wasn't her fault. After crying, I thanked her, after I asked, "SO THEY'RE NOT GONNA HELP ME AT ALL?", to which she replied, "No". Im a 72 year old woman, who has broken her neck, been the victim of horrible domestic abuse , came off pain pills after last December, until I could find help. They have just refused to obey the Hippocratic Oath, to do no harm. Time wasted, money spent, no explanation. Medicare and supplement will pay them, for wasting my husband and my time. I will live with my pain or pray to find help in a more compassionate group. I do not recommend this pain group for the above reasons. Ty for reading. I wish you all less pain and a good life. Jan”
