He went back and looked at my MRI from the side view and made the decision on where the injection needed to go. Today I have no pain anywhere even my knee feels good and there was no injection there. Thanks Dr Coleman hopefully this can help me avoid surgery!”

“St. Peters office. Just as another stated. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Rude and impossible to even get an appointment. 1st call, I was told I needed a consultation appointment first which sounded like they were going to get scheduled and I tried to make that and the call dropped. When I called back, I was told in a rude tone, they can't make any appointments till I have my doctor send over my MRI results and hung up rather quickly, as if I was wasting their time. When I did this, I called again and was told I needed something else from my referring doctor, which I suppose I needed to make a list and expected to have all of this other stuff sent over. When I told them to forget it and explained why I was going to use another office (being that other doctors contact the referring office to request exactly what they need) not making the patient the constant go between (they know what they need). Anyway, at this, "Kathy", who I believe was the person I dealt with each time, told me she didn't need a lecture, to which I explained that I was trying to let her know why their office will not get my business (to improve their procedures), she hung up on me. Don't even bother calling this place and wasting your time. I called my referring doctor, told them the issues and was given another place to use. Called that place and made an appointment with zero issues, like the last 20 + years of making an appointment and going to a doctor.”

“Worst experience and I haven't even walked through the door. I called about making appointments and each time it's a rush to get off the phone, cold and you can tell I'm bothering them. I was calling to confirm my appointment because I have chronic back pain and was trying to get in sooner and when verifying I was told I didn't have appointment and that the Dr is not in on Mondays. I was shocked. I tried to work something out since I can't left anything heavy after the treatment and I just got a cold response, even being in tears. Just to get pushed back two more weeks. Looking for a new referral because it seems bad from the start.”
