“St. Peters office. Just as another stated. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Rude and impossible to even get an appointment. 1st call, I was told I needed a consultation appointment first which sounded like they were going to get scheduled and I tried to make that and the call dropped. When I called back, I was told in a rude tone, they can't make any appointments till I have my doctor send over my MRI results and hung up rather quickly, as if I was wasting their time. When I did this, I called again and was told I needed something else from my referring doctor, which I suppose I needed to make a list and expected to have all of this other stuff sent over. When I told them to forget it and explained why I was going to use another office (being that other doctors contact the referring office to request exactly what they need) not making the patient the constant go between (they know what they need). Anyway, at this, "Kathy", who I believe was the person I dealt with each time, told me she didn't need a lecture, to which I explained that I was trying to let her know why their office will not get my business (to improve their procedures), she hung up on me. Don't even bother calling this place and wasting your time. I called my referring doctor, told them the issues and was given another place to use. Called that place and made an appointment with zero issues, like the last 20 + years of making an appointment and going to a doctor.”

“The sheer incompetence of the office staff is astounding. I've had numerous procedures done here that were covered. I had a different procedure done and I specifically asked if they got it pre-approved through my insurance, long story short they did not and my insurance wont retroactively approve a procedure that's already been done. Their militant billing department insists I owe them money due to their incompetence. Every time I call the front office the phone rings and never gets answered. I would not only avoid this clinic, Id recommend avoiding the entire SSM group in its entirety you'll be avoiding a massive headache.”

“Custo.er service is really going diwnhill. I have been hung up on 4 times this morning not appreciated. We work over the road and need prescription refills when asked not at a normal convenience of when i can get to it. Very unhappy with the customer service at this office.”
