What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I received a recommendation to visit Dr.Benyamin. I am beyond grateful for the referral. My first surgical visit advised I needed radical surgery--and soon. I sought a second opinion, but had a little wait. In the meantime, I was told to visit here and thankfully received different and more conservative options. I might still end up with that major surgery down the road, but there is no need to rush into the final step when there are options. And, if it can be avoided, I am very grateful. Treating the patient is the goal here. And, listening. More tests were performed here than with my first surgical consult. And, in doing so, found another issue that would not have been resolved with the surgery. Taking the time to be thorough and careful makes a difference. Thank you!”

“Was very professional. All staff was great. The nurses to the anesthesiologist were great and very considerate of your needs. Dr Soto was excellent. Recommend him highly but understand he is leaving. Going to miss a good doctor.”

“UPDATE - since my prior review this practice has undergone drastic negative changes. The physicians who grew this practice, such as Dr. Benyamin, have retired or left this group. The new physician(s) - are no where near the same caliber as the former. This practice became part of a national group in recent years which may be a part of the problem. The reviews of the other locations, especially Chicago, reflect the same great disappointment. I have to give it 1 start to post my update, but please know I do not feel it deserves that especially when compared to the prior 5 star rating. The only exception is with what remains of the support staff, they would still receive the 5 star rating. Original Post - The staff and physicians here are not only experts in this field (review bios and CVs on website) but are sympathetic, compassionate and invested in maximizing your greatest level of function. They utilize all treatment modalities available - including newest treatments to soon become available. It is a combined effort of what works best for you. They are knowledgeable about working within unfortunate insurance coverage limitations and offer alternatives (they invest a great deal of time trying to get coverage exceptions so you can get the best treatment). Above and beyond the excellent care provided in the office, the staff - and particularly Dr. Benyamin work to institute change within our government by fighting for insurance companies to cover treatment and medications based on what is best restore the patient to his/her highest functionality; and by assisting to formulate policy so situations like current opioid crisis do not occur. They are action takers to ensure the best and safest way to manage pain and overall health from exam room to Congress - and that in itself sums up the level of INVESTED care they work very hard to provide. Big pharmacy influences policy which limits and impedes upon their ability to provide patients the best most appropriate medical treatment. Their actions to change this (at the Washington level) is the most telling example of their commitment to restore/help you achieve your greatest level of function so you may live and enjoy the best life possible without limitation of pain.”

“I have consistently been treated as an important individual and received superior medical treatment, here at MPC!! From the knowledgeable doctors and nurses, to the helpful staff...this is the place to be for the best, most "on the edge" of the next great breaking treatment, enthusiastic and welcoming people in the field of innovative treatment of pain!! I've been blessed by receiving my care from this medical team for a number of years. Actually, they are more like family, than any other medical group, I've ever had the pleasure and privilege to work with!!”
