“We haven't even seen them yet and the VA has referred my husband to them. He is scared too death to go to them. Not to mention we have left 6 messages with no call back. We will be informing the BA of what killed md of garbage we will be dealing with them. And to please never refer a veteran to them again. EVER!! We have asked that the VA take them out of the their referral lists Dr an would like to be referred elsewhere else. I will not tolerate the treating my husband with any disrespect or any disrespect in any shape or form. !!!”

“One word, judgemental. If you need pain meds this is not the place. They shame you. They ask if you want your meds and if you say yes they treat that as an admission that you have a problem. it is run by a nurse practitioner who has never felt real pain. Se said she prescribe once my urinalysis comes back but to not call about the labs. After a week I gave in and called. The next day Emily brewer called to say I wouldn't be treated at all because I disobeyed. Wasting 3 1/2 weeks. Even if you don't need meds and only want a procedure. Why have a mean nurse practitioner do it.”

“Beware, the only person running this office is a temperamental APRN. I have never been treated with such disrespect. She is actually abusive. I've actually been spoken to very harshly or yelled at when I am trying to answer questions she asked. SO beware. I'm not there to manage her emotional ups and downs, she should not be dealing with people... seriously. It really seems they want to do procedures and if you don't like one of the procedures she wants to do, she becomes even more abusive.”
