“I have been seeing Dr. Day for over a year. You will be waiting for minimum an hour in the waiting room before being called back, the lady at the front desk seems to love to argue about everything, you can never get your refills on time, He tried to do one procedure and when it didn't work referred me out to a neuro surgeon and when I wasn't a candidate sent me back to Dr. Day who refused to try anything else. I have gotten worse over the year drastically to the point I had to quit my job because I was unable to work. In this time period he has refused to get any more imaging done, and he is not treating to what I feel appropriate for my pain levels medication wise. And when I sought out a second opinion, he cancelled a refill on one of my medications to what I feel is out of retaliation. The Dr. I am going to see is unable to prescribe narcotics. When I called to see if I could get a refill of my medication I was met with well we see you are going to another doctor so he is refusing to fill the medication even though I explained that the doctor I am going to see isn't one who is able to prescribe. So now I have to find another pain management doctor to see me and start over from square one.”
