“Just received my first injections. I moved from out of state this summer right after two yesrs of pain management and two surgeries. I cannot say I expected an easy transition to finding post op help since I still have debilitating pain in the operated regions. Dr. Philip came via recommendation from my neurosurgeon after a few failed pain managers. When I arrived here, I knew I need a pain manager but the first 3 were not for me. I needed a pain manager with a goal & one that would shoot (diagnose) my si joints post operation. Though steroid injections can help, they are not a long-term goal. I am 43 and I want to be able to not only walk without a cane, but move! I feel like Dr. Philip listen to my pain and want to work with me on goals to attempt to get my pain to manageable. I have been on this journey already for going on 21 months now and no, I do not expect over night. “I came to Dr Phillip because a fellow RN recommended I give him a try. At that point I'd been in a Pain Management program for more than six years and while that had been fairly successful, I wasn't getting the same relief as formerly.
