“I have been seeing Dr Rojas approximately 5 years. I have multiple back bone & nerve problems. I had moved to TN where I was treated by another pain specialist. When I came back Dr. Rojas had seen me with my husbands BCBSM. Prior I had state insurance because I'm disabled. I noticed that "Jackie" had treated me rude when i called in to have my medicine filled. I came on here and gave a blow by blow play of what happened. The following day Dr. Rojas called because he was upset at the review I left. Since, I'm back on state insurance being treated subpar by Jackie and Dr. Rojas because he condones Jackie treating people subpar. Last month I had an appointment I was sick and unable to make it. I said that I would be there this month. I have been getting charged $40 for missed visits and I had a problem with my bank account and where I needed a new bank account card, so I was unable to give that to Jackie for payment at that time she said "well he's not gonna be able to see you I told I very clearly told you that if you don't have the $40 he's not going to see you". So, after I get upset by all of this and say have I ever not paid? She started some other picking about you owe money You owe $90 but when I asked her what it was about she said well I don't know you'll just have to call the insurance company and find out what they didn't pay unwilling to tell me what the charges were. She then talked down to me by telling me now you seem upset. I could work with other people but you're upset, so you're gonna have to go outside and I said I'm leaving. I'm stepping outside and I went outside to call the bank. I called back to let Tristan know that I was going to the bank after an hour deal at the bank and not having a bank card I was unable to get the money and she told me that if I didn't have the money don't come back. He will not see you. I've been on narcotic pain medication for several years and Dr Roja left me high and dry as did his entire office. Looking for a stable Dr... I wouldn't choose him If you don't have BCBSM for him to get every penny that he can and then charge you the rest. God forbid you have other medical conditions. If you can't make it because you're having a flare up. He'll charge $40 because you're sick.”

“Very few doctors have a 5 star rating and there's a clear reason why Dr Rojas does as others have stated. He still operates as doctors used to when most provided great service. He has his own office and staff that don't answer to a separate entity. You see Dr. Rojas at every appointment to discuss everything and not just a physician assistant. I've seen a lot of other pain doctors and none of them compare to Dr. Rojas. I found and made an appointment with Dr. Rojas because of his 5 star rating and I was not disappointed. You see some negative reviews that would like to give some zero stars, with Dr. Rojas I would give him 6 or 10 stars because he is far above any other doctor I've seen in the last 15-20 years. If you're in pain, I highly recommend you see Dr. Rojas!”
