“Midwest pain and spine asks us to call if you will 15 min late to your appointment. I feel the Dr.'s need to reciprocate and let the patients know if they running later when we check in. I waited for 35 minutes past my appointment with no warning they were running Very late! So had to reschedule my visit. I not a happy patient, I Was looking forward to my adjustment. Stanley”

“This is a complete honest truth review! I spoke with the receptionist lady's and this review has nothing to do with them they are completely nice and helpful with their information as they get it! This is a review for the doctor who said he would take my referral under self pay then after he gets my referral does not want to take me anymore "not accepting new patients at this time" but was told that he was accepting new patients under self pay, this whole review is just to understand why? Why say you will take me but then not take me after you received my referral and all my paperwork? Is it because of my age? Or what? You guys are the closest pain management center to me and by far the cheapest for self pay patients I give you guys credit for that but I will be leaving this review on here until I am taken care of because there is literally no reason I should be told your accepting new patients and all of a sudden your not right after you get my paperwork”
