“Beware of billing when having services done at this office. They call to schedule and tell you that this is the amount to have the shot done. They make you sign something that doctor has ownership in the practice and then sends a separate bill for the doctor like you are in the hospital, but it is the doctor's office. They need to learn to be upfront and clear. I talked to billing department and supervisor tells me they get these complaints all the time. She tells me she can't do anything because they are after the fact. Very poor practice if you tell me. Now we are trying to pay $1600 total for a shot that did not work when we were told $914.66 the day of the shot.”

“Dr. Israel just did an injection in my neck yesterday. I've had SO many lumbar injections from other places & I don't do well getting them. I have a needle phobia & they've always been extremely painful & caused me a tremendous amount of anxiety getting them. This was my first one with Dr. Israel & I was expecting the same level of pain, so my anxiety level was through the roof. He joked around & was compassionate about my anxiety. I kept waiting for the familiar pain that I've always had getting lumbar injections, & he says, "ok all done". I couldn't believe how easy this was. I am SO happy with my experience with him & I'm certain my anxiety won't be a problem when I come back for shot #2. I couldn't thank him & his staff enough. Excellent job, Dr. Israel!!!!”
