Patient Testimonials

Dr. Rafal Krejza is my mother's doctor, and we are beyond grateful for the care he provides. My mom is in her 80s and not a candidate for knee replacement surgery due to heart issues. She also has multiple fractures in her back and is recovering from a broken hip. Dr. Krejza is incredibly understanding, patient, and personable. He takes the time to truly listen and explain things in a way that makes my mom feel comfortable and cared for. His nurse, Angela, is an absolute angel - kind, attentive, and compassionate. Thanks to Dr. Krejza, my mom's quality of life has greatly improved, and for that, we will always be thankful!

Would not recommend. I went in for a visit, sat in the lobby for over two hours, then sat in the exam room for another hour at which point a nurse came in demanding a drug test before I had even spoken to anyone about why I was even there. I left after three hours and the doctor still not coming in. They refunded my copay but I have now been getting bills in the mail for an appointment I never even had. I've contacted billing multiple times with no response.

Loved Dr. Parks initially, he was incredible at diagnosing and looking in-depth at my scans. Fast forward several months and this place has become a nightmare. I was supposed to have an appointment to get Botox for migraines, to which they rescheduled it and then 18hours before the appointment they called me and said they didn't have an approval from my insurance. I asked if I could pay cash instead and they said they didn't even have the drug there to do it. I made an appointment a few months ago, after an epidural checkup, and they've called me 3 times having to reschedule the appointment. I was supposed to have my appointment yesterday, but I immediately called them in the morning because I injured my back and was going to the ER. I called 2 hours ago to reschedule my appointment and I have to wait two weeks to be seen. UPDATE : I just got a call (same day) that Dr. Parks suddenly no longer can take my appointment and I would need to see a PA. When you call, you'll get someone from a whole different state. One lady was telling me about the weather in Illinois, and the lady today accidentally answered and said "Colorado Care Clinic". I'm over this place, which sucks because Dr. Parks gave me A LOT of hope.

Zero Stars!! This morning, my brother, who is disabled and can not drive, had an appointment with Stephanie Simon. When he arrived at the clinic, he was checked in, then after the 20 minute wait, he inquired as to what the hold up was and they told him that the doctor wouldn't be there until 9:00 (his appointment was at 8:00). He asked the staff why he was rescheduled three times and then they still didn't coordinate his appointment with the doctor's schedule. *He can not drive and has to rely on a ride service, which has to be rescheduled every time there is a mix up like this. He was told that they had no control over the scheduling. So, he went back and waited nearly an hour before Dr. Rafal Krejza came into the room and told him that he was not welcome at the clinic because he was rude to the staff. He explained to the doctor that he only explained that he relied on ride shares and had to reschedule his ride more than once and why can't they coordinate the schedule with the appointments. My brother has been a patient at this clinic for years and has never seen this doctor before. He's always had a good relationship with Stephanie Simon and was shocked that he was told to go elsewhere for his care. I know my brother, and he is one of the most mellow guys you've ever met. There was no way that he was 'rude' to the staff. However, this doctor's behavior was not only unprofessional, but he was himself, rude and sophomoric, embarassing and humilating my brother. I hope he's proud of himself.
