“The front desk staff are beyond just plain rude! There are no markings on the building that say their clinic is there so we had to drive and walk around looking for it. We found a medical clinic but it said nothing about the pain clinic. So we were late to my appointment so they made us reschedule. I've been going to Midwest Pin Clinic on North 90th for years without any problems so I can't say thir whole practice is bad. My Doctor I saw was wonderful - as are the Drs at the 90th street clinic. I'll probably return as the Bellevue location is closer for me but I will be early and bring my dignity”
