What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Ive been a patient at this clinic for years and the waits are extremely long, the receptionists and staff have repeatedly misplaced my appointment times and I've just come from the Fremont clinic. Dr Patel made me wait almost 4 hours to be seen. I wasn't given any instructions about a nerve block I was supposed to have today. While waiting almost 4 hours I saw Dr Patel out back walking his dog and taking his sweet time seeing 2 people ahead of me. Just a freakin 2 people ahead and took 4 hours of waiting!! I got fed up and extremely angry bcz of the wait and I left. Plus I was back in a procedure waiting room in a gown and all ready for my procedure. Then I heard a poor woman scream and cry out in pain bcz Dr. Pitel was so brutal injecting her knees, which enraged me!! A Drs Hippocratic oath is "Do no harm". And now the dumb modern world one says "Cause no pain". But Dr Pitel caused a lot of harm and pain today. I talked to an older male patient and after his procedure, he told a family member that today Dr. Petel hurt him really bad, and his neck injections went very bad. That he'd never have it done again. Dr. Pitel booked a lot of patients with me including only caring about getting paid big money by the majority of people he sees for injections. This clinic overbooks a lot of patients every time I'm there. I'm truly enraged at how unprofessional this clinics Drs can be. Especially Dr. Pitel who imo only cares about getting paid instead of caring for his patients who come to him for relief. I'm truly let down by this and the unprofessionalism of the Drs as they overtook and made me wait almost 4 hours to have a simple injection done. Especially when I saw Dr. Pitel walking his dog around and not even being in the clinic for hours while 2 other patients waited 4 hours to be seen. This truly enraged me. Totally unprofessional and bad management.”

“Don't go here if you have lots of pain. They don't care about figuring out why. They just want you to keep coming back to make money off you. All they care about is getting you off narcotics doesn't matter if you are in pain or not. I was there for over 4 months trying to get shots for my back so I could then have them lower my daily dose. They kept botching the paperwork to get them approved then blamed me. Now I had been on shots before but not for my back. Insurance wanted the documents showing this. I told them when and where I got them done. Signed the release forms for them. Just for the next month to have to do same thing. Over and over. Yet I was not complying with them. They need to be investigated by the medical board and the DEA. There is more as well.”

“My fiance has been in ridiculous pain and trying to get an mri forever with this old worthless stimulator in her back. All she needed was updated paperwork to finally get it figured out and Raiker decides to leave early and cancels her appointment. He's been doing this forever! This place will never change. Ridiculous expensive unnecessary and invasive procedures that don't work for crap.”

“I've gone to this pain clinic for years now and my experience keeps getting worse. I had a pain pump to give me pain medicine through my spine that was put in by a different clinic. I had that for about three years; I noticed it was bulging and moved around and let this pain clinic know for months. After being ignored for that time, the device worked its way out of my flesh and into the open air - causing a severe spinal infection. They had me go for surgery to get it taken out (while telling me I should get another surgery to get another one put in; My response to that was, "Heck no!") The surgeon asked why I took so long to have surgery to get it fixed and I told him, "I've told your nurse practitioner about this for months and she said there was nothing to worry about." I had the surgery, only to constantly have spinal fluid pouring out of my spine. The pain clinic told me to stop calling so frequently and said it's "normal." I had severe spinal headaches for nearly a month when they finally decided to do another surgery to fix the issue; The surgeon didn't seal my spinal cord correctly. I was miserable and they didn't care. Now the clinic is suggesting a nerve block - another procedure the surgeon could botch. The wait time is ridiculous and the staff doesn't care about you. Go elsewhere. Edit: The pain clinic can't keep any staff for more than a few weeks, all the practitioners are incompetent and I think I'm done coming here.”
