“If I could give a 0 I would have. The office insisted that we bring documents in person. It is 12 pm Friday. Their website, door and google business indicates Monday- Friday open, closing at 5 today. We drove 1 hour to go deliver the documents, just to find out from the place next door that they are closed on Friday! Very bad business. If this is how they communicate with new patients, I will not even go through their doors!”
