“I usually give everyone a chance when it comes to customer service but I have to give a bad review of one of our own. Davene Wells took over care for me at midsouth pain clinic. My old doctor which was Dr.Garrett left and she replaced him. Her attitude was and is HORRIBLE!!! She try to talk to folks like they are incompetent and like they don't understand English! Each time I saw her which was 3 times she seemed to always be mad and aggressive and going to a place where you're already going through things is just unacceptable. You should not be in a field where you have to deal with people everyday and clearly she doesn't like people. I would not recommend her to NO ONE! Each time you see her it's always over an hour wait! Highly not recommended”

“The staff and doctor was very nice. I gave it 2 stars because I have been hurting for days and they haven't sent my prescription in yet. I have called and left messages not one return phone call. Other than that the doctor and his NP is great bedside manners and the staff was nice.”
