One day l recieved a letter telling me to find another doctor because of a drug screen, l considered this place as family, Ydont blame the doctors, but the staff. I have new doctors since that letter, no failed screen in 7 years, they totally listened to their staff and both doctors never to this day would look me in the eye and say 6 years is the screen correct.”

“Dr. McCoy had been my doctor up until about a year and a half ago. Although I liked him now I see Susan Gilbert a nurse practitioner. She is very nice and I have no complaints with her. But every month when it is time to refil my prescription...they screw me every time. With the lock down prescriptions have been being mailed. Well this month as usual I spent days without my meds because they mailed it to a place I had not lived in 12 years and yes before mailing they verified my address and still managed to screw me. I am trying to find another place to go and from personal experiences...would not recommend anyone to go there until the staff can get their chit together.”

“Received a letter in the mail releasing me from their care. No doctor patient talk or anything. Bad enough on my appointments there.were no examinations, just write out prescription and send me on my way. Only consultation was on my first visit and that's it. The lady at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional as well. I wouldn't recommend the office to anyone. Dr. Bridgewater always seemed agitated when I went for my appointments. This is the only doctors office I have ever been to that doesn't know how to fax paperwork off correctly and then lied in my face and said they did it. Come to find out it was faxed the day I inquired about it. I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to them”
