“If you're self pay be careful! Especially if you're Cash paying. One of their employees stole $600 worth of my payments of $150 (4) different times I went. I had no idea. When I initially found out I owed money, the girl working the desk would never tell from when or give me proof. Every visit we'd go through the same thing. She told me I had to bring in receipts for every single visit from 3 years!! Come to find out I've randomly seen others that have worked there that recognized me and they told me she was the one that stole my money. I'm pretty sure she no longer works there but still be careful! The owners who wouldn't let me see the doctor the one time I forgot my card, made me go get $100 cash before I could be seen are now saying I saw them 4 times without paying!! Ridiculous! Dr. Ravi is Awesome if you do go there. I'd give him 5 stars & also the nurses. Side Note: I've found receipts of every visit except for (2). I have no plans of giving them anymore of my money. They can get it from their employee who pocketed it.”

“This is a great place to get your pain under control. They will work with you to get the best results. The staff does a great job and are very nice people. If you need pain management this is the place you need. 2024 The lab umed diagnostics makes big mistakes. I looked into it and it seems that there may be someone with a personal problem with me or my name because I had 3 bad labs in a row. Never had a problem until they started changing labs. Iam no longer a patient because I was discharged because of the labs. I did not take meds I was not supposed to. Also I took the meds prescribed to me and did not stop those meds. Be careful because that lab had a problem with me for some reason, hopefully it doesnt happen to you. Not so great anymore. Try insight they are much better.”

“Dr.M has been wonderful. I have only had to wait for a long time one time and the staff is great. He is working with me to get my pain under control and is concerned about the cause and not just throwing drugs at me. He is also the best at administering injections! Very happy here! - It has been another year and at 44 I have finally found staff that cares for the patient and their needs. Both the Nurse Practitioner and the Doc have gone to great lengths to see to my care and have been ever so patient figuring out what will work for me. I love that they have fought my insurance company every step for me to get me the right, less addictive medication! Everything has been quickly put through because they have stayed on top of the prior-auth process! This practice rocks and I will suggest I to all of my friends!”

“*UPDATE* It's been 3-4 years now and I love this place (people) even more than I did initially!! I'm in and out in 15 minutes, they're super organized and best of all, I'm treated like family. Thank you all so much for being amazing, MMPMC!!! *********************************** I've only been seeing Brian for a few months but so far, I have to say the care has been far superior to anything else I've experienced over the last few years. I've been a chronic pain patient for nearly a decade and have dealt with some VERY horrible, demeaning and just plain RUDE doctors throughout my journey. NO ONE at Mid-Michigan made me feel like a drug seeker. They ordered imaging immediately, went over the results with me very precisely, they were very careful with prescribing until they knew what they were really dealing with. EVERYONE in the office has been very pleasant every time I've been there or called. Sometimes, the wait is a bit long but, it's worth it to me because before I started seeing Brian, I was living my life out on my heating pad on my couch. Now, I'm at least able to function and he doesn't hesitate to offer anything that may help (physical therapy, injections, etc.). If you're truly in pain and looking for help and relief, I would highly suggest checking out Mid-Michigan Pain Management. If you're drug seeking, you should probably keep looking because you won't find what you're looking for here within this group of professionals.”
