“Admittedly I was TERRIFIED leading up to my first appointment with Dr. C. All these reviews are one star with notes about how horrible he is. And horrible waits of hours long. Admittedly the wait was a little over an hour or so. But they assured me that was because I was a new paitent and they had to do my paperwork (I asked after multiple people who got there after me went back before me). I wasn't annoyed by their answer at all because that made sense. When I go back in 4 weeks the wait shouldn't be as long. The staff was also super nice, I saw one review said otherwise but they were kind and helpful, even when I was annoying and asked about the wait. Now on to Dr. C himself. I was literally so scared to meet this doctor based off the reviews. I'm not invalidating their experience at all but my experience with Dr. C was the complete opposite of horrible. He listened to my concerns and was extremely nice to me. He was very quick and to the point but he didn't make me feel like I couldn't talk either. He let me explain my pain and what I was looking for. Not a daily pill but just something as needed. He prescribed me something to try. Ordered me some x ray's, and scheduled me for a follow up in 4 weeks. I'll let you know if my opinion changes. But for now I actually really liked Dr. C and am happy to continue care with him. I'm glad I didn't let the bad reviews scare me away.”

“All I know is, ima get him fired somehow... and if not ima blast his name . He is so rude and shouldn't even have this role as a pain management Dr. He laughed at me, didn't care what I had too say. Called me a liar . It really hurt, because nobody just sets up a appointment too be seen for no reason, and while your in pain at that !! No sir . Save ur trip time and energy, this dr isn't worth it one bit , and it's like his staff is scared of him. He is a human like the rest of us . How dare he”

“Say there for 3 solid hrs in totally uncomfortable furniture when it's supposed to be a pain clinic and there was no air conditioning at all they had the door open when there's a heatwave going on couldn't even think to maybe get his patients a fan! What an idiot and Dr Casaline has the bedside manner of a snake! Was shaking and crying after my visit he had me so upset and only wanted to talk about how great and smart he is! Never go there!!! Dr Chasiline totally did not listen and disregarded everything I tried to explain to him about my chronic restless leg syndrome and how much I suffer from the attacks all he wanted to do was talk about himself and how much of an expert he is on everything I couldn't believe it! Told him how I've done a lot of research about it online and he said everything I've learned about it online doesn't mean a thing an Doc is pointless he's the expert that narcissist couldn't make it thru 1 night of what I go thru with the attacks! Never in my lifetime have I ever come across such an idiot and totally non caring Dr! He isn't even a real Dr anyway! He's a pill pusher that's it and tried treating me like I was a low life addict! Not today! Walked out crying because I thought I was gonna get help and cussed him out the whole way out the door he had me so upset dealing with his horrible bedside manner”

“I have had unpleasant experiences with this "pain specialist" organization. They had a young, smart doctor, Dr. Lewis, but apparently she quit. So the man behind the name, Dr. Chapdelaine, took over. I don't want to rant and rave, I don't want to say anything bad, but Dr. Chapdelaine is in his own world. I suspect he has onset of Alzheimer's with varying degrees of consciousness. In a nutshell, he is senile. He allows his nurse practitioners and physician assistants to take over his patients. When he is there, everyone must wait 2 or even 3 hours so he can "see" his patients. But I don't think he knows who we are. If you try to tell him something, he is not listening. Things go much smoother if the NPs and PAs take over. If you have a pain emergency, they don't seem to care or listen though. I have a horrible toothache and am suffering, but they will not give me extra painkillers for it. They have canceled my appointment. I had a bad fall I suffered on vacation, so they canceled my appt. and made it even a week LATER instead of seeing me earlier. They don't seem to believe that some people are really in pain. They are scared we take the pills and sell them. I would never do this - I am in constant, unrelenting pain. They could let me try medical marijuana but that doesn't seem to be on the table. I am forced to come to their office in Pennsville, because I can't drive all over the state. But twice I have had appointments in Vineland because of their scheduling problems. I don't know what to do.”
