“If you're tired of the lack of customer service from your doctor THEN YOU DEFINITELY DON'T WANT TO GO HERE!!!! First it was a nightmare to get my initial appointment. Then when I go to the actual appointment I'm unable to present my case to the doctor and only saw a PA who clearly did not pass along my extensive history. After 6 weeks and numerous messages left on the nurses line I've yet to hear anything back from any of my calls until I left a threatening message which finally was responded to with them accusing me of lying about the dozen messages left beforehand. I will be disputing any bill they may present and will consider further legal proceedings if they attempt to argue. This place is a total disgrace to the medical profession!!!!”
