Patient Testimonials
“I went here to 2 different drs. I did not feel like I was getting the individual care that you should get. I understand about the opioid problem but I don't feel like the Dr. listened to me I think they do the same procedure on everyone. I agree that a lot of the staff are rude and disrespectful. They REALLY need to do something about the waiting time! They certainly wouldn't tolerate a patient coming in over 2 hrs late but it's fine for them. I still bring my mother here, she says most of the time the injection doesn't work but she has to put up with BS in order to get the pain meds. Also, I noticed that only the "good" reviews get a response from the owner. To me that says, they don't care about your opinion and make no effort to change anything. They don't even acknowledge the post.”

“the new legislation that does not allow conscious sedation for epidurals, and injections as a patients choice is what for me has changed my review from 5 stars to 3. I realize that is not just a MPC issue. But Ithink they should have put in place options for patients many who live in daily pain a way to navigate this besides just saying oh well , too bad. Reasonable out of pocket cost to use it, oral options, whatever. You are the doctors, and you do not have to lay on your stomachs in pain while needles are stuck in your back and nerves. I have been going here for 6-7 years and need the service.”

“I have always received amazing care at MPC. I've been going for about 8 years. Dr. K and all the nurses have been very kind. I've never had a Dr. that has taken so much time and effort trying to help me. I've had 6 back surgeries, 3 hip surgeries, and so on. I'm only 54. I feel truly blessed that to have such a wonderful Dr., amazing nurses, and staff in my life. I'm so thankful!”

“I went here for chronic pain caused by another Doctor. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The Good: The Dr. had some suggestions but was unsure with different concerns I had with a medication. The bad: My biggest complaint is having to get their way early (30 minutes some as requested by the office) to wait another 17 minutes and then wait again after seeing the Doctor. One of my biggest pet peeves is physician offices not respecting patients time and biggest reason for the lower overall score. Not sure as to the cause of the delays, staffing, patients prior to mine on time or ect. though felt they should of rescheduled me rather than have me wait 70 some minutes at their office. Also, if it is your first visit they ask for a driver so in my mind its twice as bad.”
